	Description:	The FLDP is BAE system's five-year graduate entry scheme, designed specifically for high-calibre individuals with the potential and determination to make a real difference in senior finance roles. As a graduate on the FLDP, you can expect a role that offers significant responsibility from the very beginning. In the first three years, you'll complete three 12-month placements at a range of geographical locations across the UK, gaining extensive experience of financial accounting and reporting, management accounting and project accounting whilst completing your CIMA qualification. Following this you’ll commence a two year senior accountancy position, usually offering managerial experience, helping you to develop the skills you will require to move into a leadership role within our dynamic finance arena at the end of the programme.
