	Description:	The Corporate Training Program (CTP) identifies high-potential recent college graduates and helps them develop a solid foundation of knowledge and skills, so that they can pursue key positions in our firm. This is one of Pershing’s most prestigious programs. The program has produced the firm’s current CEO, as well as many of the firm’s Managing Directors, Directors and other senior officers. Throughout the curriculum, participants gain exposure to Pershing and are then placed in a technology area/position supporting the core business lines of the firm. Placement is based on the needs of the firm and the qualifications of the participants.
