Applicants have generally not yet had the chance to gain direct work experience and can participate in Engineer and Scientist Development Program (ESDP). This program provides a valuable opportunity to actually apply educational knowledge first hand in rotational assignments. Employment opportunities for recent graduates and is currently recruiting for both the China Lake and Point Mugu sites.
